What Types of Files Does Android Assistant Support?
1. What's the limitation in trial version of Coolmuster Android Assistant?
With the trial version, you can only scan & preview data on Android device while the full version not only allows you to scan & preview data, but also to export data, import data, edit data, send SMS on computer and backup & restore with 1 click.
By the way, both the trial version and full version have no restrictions on phone models and operating system, and allow you to enjoy technical support and free software upgrade.
2. Which devices are supported by Coolmuster Android Assistant?
Almost all Android phone brands are supported, including Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO, Oneplus, TECNO, Infinix, Itel, vivo, Motorola, Honor, etc. Click here to check if your phone is contained in the supported phone list.
In addition, it supports phones with Android OS 6.0 and above (including Android 14), but does not support phones with OS lower than Android 6.0.
And some models of these brand phones may not be supported, for there are too many models and we couldn't tested all of them. If you find that your device is not supported, please contact us and tell us your phone brand and model.
3. Can I back up data from one Android phone to another phone with Coolmuster Android Assistant?
No, you could only back up data from Android phone to computer currently.
4. Can I access my Android phone or transfer data if the phone screen is broken or locked?
No. It is because you can't operate your phone. To have your Android phone recognized successfully by the program, you need to unlock your phone to enable USB debugging, then authorize your phone to access your phone data for transferring.
There is a small probability to access your phone, only if you have unlocked your phone, enabled USB debugging on your phone and authorized your phone to access your phone data before it is broken.
5. Can Coolmuster Android Assistant manage more than one Android phone at the same time?
Yes! You can manage more than one Android device simultaneously with Android Assistant. Just connect these Android devices to the computer at the same time.
6. What to do if Coolmuster Android Assistant crashes when loading my SMS messages?
You can try the older version of Coolmuster Android Assistant instead, or submit your feedback at the bottom right corner to contact our support team to fix the issue.
7. Why can't I recognize my messages with Coolmuster Android Assistant?
It is because they might be MMS messages, chat messages or RCS, which are not supported by the tool. Currently, Coolmuster Android Assistant only supports SMS messages.

8. Why Can't I manage my SMS messages with Coolmuster Android Assistant for Mac?
Currently, there is something wrong with the Mac version of Coolmuster Android Assistant. Our technical support team is working really hard on resolving this issue.

9. Can I save my Android phone messages as PDF files?

11. Can I back up App with its data to my computer, such as WhatsApp and LINE?
You can back up all apps from your Android phone to the computer, but the app data is not supported.
12. Can I manage notes, export calendars or delete duplicate contacts on my Android phone?

13. Can I access my Android device's file system, such as SD card and memory card management?

14. Why can't I export videos from my Android phone?
There must be something wrong. Our technical support team is working really hard on fixing it.
15. Why can't I back up my Android phone?
It may be because your device is disconnected or your phone data is unauthorized to access. Before you click "Backup" from Super Toolkit, please make sure your device has been connected and authorized successfully.
Here's how to fix it:
1) If your device is not connected, you need to return to "My Device" to connect first, and then authorize to access your phone data on your phone during the connection process.
2) After connecting your device, enter "Super Toolkit" to click "Backup" again. This is when the program will determine the authorization once.
16. Why does the program stop at restoring app when restoring a backup?
This may be due to permission restrictions of the applications, which do not support transfer.
17. Why can't I switch from light mode to dark mode on my Mac?
This is due to system support limitations of the software. Currently our software does not support it and can only use the light mode style by default.
18. Will this program work on an iMac with OSX 10.15 and above?
No. Currently, this software is perfectly compatible with Mac OSX 10.9 to 10.14.
